Nice clean coin but with higher grades the 'wow' factor becomes an issue.
ie cartwheel luster and strike.
I'm guessing MS65

I vote for MS65 myself. The thing with the 55s, is that there is a large abundance of high grade pieces in existence. Along with the low mintage 55 dimes, these were hoarded upon release because of the belief they would be worth something.
