Some dude just having a bit of fun with ebay. It will cost them the price of shipping, but hey!, that is cheap entertainment for the price. I'll betcha it's 100% genuine!

Well, you can't blame the guy for trying. He may even be right.

So now I know how the Maple Leavers entertain themselves during their long winters: Labatt's and laughter.

hmmm... is it protected by ebay's money back guarantee? Can I have a celebrity deliver it to my door, then ship it back within 14 days.

Only if it's significantly not as described. I think that would be a hard case to make here! :-)

Quote: Only if it's significantly not as described. I think that would be a hard case to make here! :-) Yeah the seller would probably claim you were actually paying for the visit from the celebrity since you knew the coin was worth only one cent and he made it well known that it was basically worthless. I am not sure how ebay would handle such a claim but I wouldn't be willing to risk that amount of money to find out. Who thinks they know what celebrity they are talking about? The one that comes to my mind would not be able to do this because of sickness but the second one that came to mind would but I doubt he would unless it was him doing the selling or he just owes this guy big for some reason

Hehe. The listing was fun to read :)
But could someone even be able ot make the payment via paypal? o.o
I would think that Bank Drafts would be the only way to make the payment (or possibly many separate paypal payments)
