I was looking through some of my franklin proofs and wondered if any of them could be graded cameo. Dissapointedly most of them I felt would not, this one I had to take a second look at though.

What do you guys think about grade, and yes/no on cameo?

If you were to have it graded at a TPG it should come back as PR 66 but the cameo is only on the observe based on your photographs. To be designated cameo it must be that way on both sides.

Thanks muddler and mkman, I wasn't sure about the grade but you confirmed what I suspected about the lack of cameo on the reverse holding it back.
