I say they saw it 66... What a beautiful coin. Anybody know what causes those machine gun hits as seen on the portrait? This series is plagued by them.

I mean, under strict grading despite the rarity, the coin would definately graded MS 64. Some scratches are too deep for MS 65. In some cases I've seen, MS 65 is given to something like this due to its date and desire.

I thought for sure they'd have graded it more liberally. I really like the coloration. Very strong coin for the technically accurate grade. Sure you could get almost 65 money for it if you were to sell.
