Any help would be great. I found this Lincoln Cent with a messed up fourth number on the date not sure if this is a striking error or just damage. Please take a look at my pic and let me know.

That is PMD. It is caused by a coin rolling machine. It was moved parallel to the rim of the coin cause the machine rolls the coins in a circle when it puts them in rolls.
