They are Roman Provincial, not sure which mints though.

Malamute67. Roman provicials are not my specialty but I think I found a match for coin #1. BTW I really like that coin it rocks! Anyway as soon as I saw it I was pretty sure it was a Commodus / Helios. I think it is a match:
Commodus, AE16 of Rhodos, Caria. 177-192 AD. RODIWN, radiate head of Commodus right / RODIWN, radiate head of Helios right.

In regards to coin #1 again: the october issue of " Coin World" has an article "Egyptian coinage under the Romans". In it there is a billon Tetradracm with a very similar looking helios reverse and a possibly similar left facing bust of Gallienus (his beard is trimmed though).

I still believe it looks like Commodus. Could be a few others with the scraggly beard though: Antoniius Pius, Marcus Aurelius, and Septimus Severus also come to mind.
