Take a look at the £1 note on the left of this presentation pack.

I have never seen a note like this. It does not appear in any of my references.
Is it a trial or fantasy piece?
Anyone got any information?

Ah, after some serious googling, I have just answered my own question ( work not busy tonight...).

It is British Armed Forces £1 note, 2nd series.
