If he said you were getting 1996 ASE and that is what was pictured and you got another year, then that would be an issue and a clear cut con.... Like B said just check feedbacks and don't waste time buying from shaddy sellers, via you will get your money back but it will be tied up in open case red tape for a while and on hold....
