This is another of the loose mint set coins that I mentioned the other day. A 2003-D nickel. On the reverse, there appears to be a ghost(for lack of a better word) of Jefferson upside down around and through Monticello. On the obverse there is an "o" behind Jefferson's head and a capital "M" just in front of the forehead. There are also lines on either side of the head that match the building itself. What is this condition called? Thanks.
