Can anyone tell me what the size, weight & metal content of the following coin is:

INDIA (E.I.C.). Y.19. HALF RUPEE. Three lines script. Bengal Presidency, year 19. Mushidabad.

That would be KM# 83.3 in the modern Krause catalogues.

Size: would depend how heavily the mint worker whacked it with a hammer, and how much clipping it needed to bring it down to required weight; the pic in Krause is about 20mm diameter.

Weight: 5.80 grams. Fineness: not specified. CV: $100 in Fine.
