That is a big question and very hard to answer. The data you provide seems right( depending on wear) but we really need photos to make more informative comment. I for one would never make a recommendation to buy as its your collection and you need to be happy with the purchase rather than me( or any one else).

I do recall ( hopefully correctly) that replicas of those coins were produced ( not as fakes but as commemoratives') last century. the replicas have in small type the actual year of striking as well as the original striking year

As promised to heiditan, I show my collection here. This is Archduke Maximilian who ruled Austria from 1612 to 1618.
Frankly, I have no knowledge, no experience and no confidence to buy a genuine coin of this type. What I depend on is the reliability of the seller. I usually buy such old Hapsburg coins from Germany and Austrian sellers, I think austroliwi can share his experience about this type of coin.
Here is the photos, it is weighted 27.83 grams.
