Hey guys, thought I would share one of my favourite German bonds. It kind of reminds me of that moment from Austin Powers where Dr. Evil demands gratuitous amounts of money from the American government.

I'll-Take,-One-Billion-Marks

Anyway, I haven't done much research into what the value of this specific Billion Mark Bon is. Any info is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Very nice bond, especially with all the coupons still attached.

Thanks Ark!

I have a few more bonds, but they are one and five hundred million mark bonds. They are fairly similar, but the coupons are colored differently.

I'll post them if you guys want.

Post away.
I take it these will be in the Special Issues Catalog? Don't have that edition unfortunately.

They are bonds that did not circulate as money so you will not find them listed in any paper money catalog.
