I'd say about MS65 for all of them, assuming the majority of those marks/stain-ish things are on the holder.

Very tough to grade nickel composition mint state coins by photos... not even going to attempt to try...

I find them hard to grade in hand, let alone in photos. If I were hazard a guess: 64, 64, 65
