Assuming, that the BIN is $1275, try to go for $1000 with the offer, if you really need this coin. Otherwise, spend $1000 on 1914 $10, that still available on the Mint. Report this Post to the Staff

What are they selling for anyhow? ebay is tough to use as a gauge and unreliable. Anyone know of any shops or dealers that are selling any of the hoarded coins from the mint? MoneyPenney Pillar of the Community Canada 2984 Posts	Posted 02/05/2013 6:17 pm Why would anyone spend $1000 on a $5 gold coin with 1/4 oz of gold when he could buy one of the still available $10 1913 and 1914 gold coins with 1/2 oz of coin. On top of that those $10 gold coins have the potential of 2x the value, up to $2000. If that person has $1000 to spend, it would be much better to get one of the still available $10 gold coins.
