Did all of the 1983-S Kennedy half proofs (clad)
have the small/micro "S" mintmark ?
Or in other words, is the smaller "S" on these proofs for that year the norm ?

I think I may of found my own answer.
After finding a few more proofs (83-S) they also
have the same size mintmark. Now I may look into
when the small S was first used.
