this one is graded by PCGS and figured I would get your opinions on what you would grade it VS what PCGS gave it

The two lines coming from the bar on the "5" on the Reverse is scratches on the slab not anything on the coin itself

I will say AU-50. I think some of the missing details is a result of strike and the amount of luster present seems to suggest a coin that would grade at least around EF-45/AU-50.

I think I see the luster but even with I have trouble going higher than XF40. Isn't there some type of 4th leaf variety for this year also?
