Okay, So even if a coin is designated as a proof, it still can be graded? It just sounds odd that a coin can be called an AU50-PF. Is that even correct? Maybe I just don't see it often enough to consider it normal? Would a person having a proof that looks flawless in hand benefit having it graded? Just wondering. I have a dozen or more proofs and just realized they can be graded.
Great bit of information. Did I read that right? What about a proof that on a normal coin is a G4? That seems to be vague grading. Is that article saying it would then be a PF-4? That would make sense I guess. I'm probably complicating things huh?
