Does this coin look uncirculated to anyone?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/200849586285

The bidding is already over the trend value for AU, but it shows circulation marks in my opinion.

Trend value for AU is $350.Don't rely too much on prices on that other site, their sample size is too low.

Poor coin looks like it was 'dipped to death'. It looks dead, there is no cartwheel lustre that would be expected for that grade.

Technically, it looks like an Unc.

But there's lots of marks and scratches and I also agree it's been dipped a few times too many.

No way ICCS would grade that higher than an au58 and most likely au50 to au55.

Thanks guys.

DBM - I leave my trends at work, so I was going with that site. On the handful of occasions that I've used it, it's been pretty close to trends, but thanks for letting me know!

I agree it looks dipped too.

I'd say unc. details, improperly cleaned. The surfaces look dead.
