This is a belgium gilt bronze medal by A. Fisch, issued on the 1888 occasion of the Internationa Science and Industry exhibit in Bruxelles.

On the obverse is an image of King Leopold II of Belgium (Leopold II ROI DES BELGES)

On the reverse is and image of the exhibit site along with the inscriptions.
GRAND CONCOURS INTERNATIONAL DES SCIENCES ET DE L'INDUSTRIE BRUXELLES 1888.
PREST DU COMTE EXEC L SOMZEE SOUS LA PRESIDENCE D' HONNEUR DE S.A.R. MONEUR LE COMTE DE FLANDRE.

There is a crown attachment from a handing ribbon.
Gilt bronze. 70mm w/o crown
