The other night at work I had some extra time on my hands so when counting down the drawers I decided to glance at the ones for star notes and anything that wasn't a green note. I did find one star note which I was pretty stoked about. First one I've ever noticed in circulation it's a pretty average circulated note but I bought it nonetheless.

While searching I found a couple serials that kind of caught my eye and was wondering if they were worth keeping or if I should release them back into the wild. They're all pretty worn to average circulated to me but I've never done any note grading and have no real frame of reference. If the serials are interesting enough I'll try to get photos to see if the condition is too far gone for them to be above face value.

2006 $1 D 51777777 D
2009 $1 G 00058522 D
2006 $1 G 00062683 A

Those were the lowest serial numbers I saw but I don't know if that's considered low enough to be worth anything or not.

I would keep the one with the 7's. A low SN starts with four zeros.Condition is very important.

Thanks I'll hold on to that one then and try to get a photo of it up. The other two can just go back into circulation.

I agree with John. The 51777777 is pretty cool
