This is a bronze medal by Begeer? Issued in the city of Amsterdam in 1890.

The obverse depicts Saint Michael standing in the center with sword and shield to his left is a mine worker with a pick axe digging and to his right two figures hammering iron.

The reverse depicts the crown and shield of the netherlands and the shield of Amsterdam. With the dutch inscription.
TENTOONSTELLING TOT BEVORDERING VAN VEILGHEID EN GEZONDHEID IN FABRIEKEN EN WERKPLAATSEN AMSTERDAM 1890. If anyone can translate this I would love to know what it is.

Bronze 89.5 grams, 59mm
