This is the lowest graded note I have ever seen. It received a 4. And yet part of me still wants it.

You may obtain another piece in "Good" or "Very Good" condition (with no serious damages) with low prices ...

IMHO, it looks "Poor"

To me that is the kind of note you cut out of the holder and display in a frame. Not really valuable but cool and the damage conveys the age of the note. Non-collector friends would probably think it is cool.

I think it could be better than a 4. I've seen worse graded at an 8.
