Having a hard time getting the scanned image to load for some reason.

It's a Series 2004 $20 with the serial number: EF 02656620 *

I would just scratch off the side of the 6 to make a 5 or fill in the 5 to make a 6

All kidding aside, that is demoralizing close to a star radar

I had to look at it several times to confirm it was NOT a radar. I didn't want to believe it the answer was no. Otherwise, nothing really special about the note. Not sure what to do with it now.

Depending on the condition I would sell/trade it in whenever you get a chance. Nothing too special about that note unless you collect stars.
