Looks real from my computer screen. And at a good price as of now. Book price shows VG=125, F=150, and VF=250.

And it looks to be at least in Fine condition.

We'll see where the price ends up and hopefully the note ends up in your hands!!

Looks real to me but with 2+ days left to bid I expect to see the price rise quite a bit. The red seal are much more valuable than the 1928 blue seal $1. You can compare it to this one.
