I would look for a Fractional Currency Presentation Book (only 8 are known in private hands), and a set of Fractional Currency Shields in all 3 background colors.

I'd make a complete type set of US coins in MS-65 (with better patterns like the 1856 FE, 1836 Gobrecht dollar, a Stella, 1792 Half-Dime, 1782 Dime), with special emphasis on 1797, 1897 and 1997 coins and including EVERY Classic US Commemorative.

Full Set of Gold Dollars in the HIGHEST Possible Grades including all patterns and trials. This would also include errors.

Set of Ike's in the HIGHEST Possible Grades.

A set of Errors to be used as an education tool.

Then I would make a complete type set of Canadian Coins (barring patterns) in MS-65, with special emphasis on 1897 and 1997 coins.

Finishing those up, I would add a COMPETE Set of Maritime Pre-Confederation coins in the highest grades I can find. This is including Patterns

With all of these, I would buy every Moffat & Co or later gold companies containing Moffat for my collection.
And add some more California gold pieces, just so my Moffat's don't go lonely!

Then I would buy a bunch of land in Ontario and live off of my land

And, of course, continue to add coins to my collection while making a museum.

Well, it's past and my numbers didn't come in (CRUEL IRONY: The winner in AZ? Sold at the store where I used to get my car washed when I had a car, ONLY FIVE MILES FROM ME. Cue sad tears). But, I had planned out EXACTLY how I would spend this money:

--First, my mother and I both have medical bills, and both of us and my sister have student loans. Bye-bye to all that!
--I want a 2012 Hyundai Accent with power windows and both a CD player and MP3 port.
--One million each in a trust fund for Maya, Samantha, and the kid my best friend is going to have someday.
--Ten grand will be set aside for a trip through western Europe and portions of eastern Europe, student-style--hostels and backpacking.
--Five grand is a trip to Japan, luxury-style: I want to eat at good restaurants, visit an onsen and the public portions of the Imperial Rose Garden, go shopping in Harajuku and, with any kind of luck, see either KENN or alice nine. in concert.
--Two grand is a trip to Russia. I want to visit Pripyat and St. Petersburg.

Once I'm done with all that, I'd ask my sister and her in-laws for advice on how to find a good broker, and split off $3-5 million--enough that, with my present lifestyle, I could live comfortably on the interest and pursue the career I want. The rest would be used to set up a self-sustaining trust that would donate no less than $2million/year to underprivileged libraries across the United States; no student should want for lack of full shelves or a Bookmobile.

And then I would be able to take a thousand bucks a week and CRH/bill-hunt in between auditions and I'd be just as happy as you could wish.
