Well- today was utterly amazing. Went to my local dealers shop and looked through the foreign coin bulk bin in hopes of finding some silver. After about 30 mins of searching I found 29 1/4 Gulden coins from 1941-1945, 2 silver 100 Yen Coins, 2 1955 1 Gulden coins, and 2 silver Hong Kong 5 Cent coin (1890 and 1901) (all purchased for $.22 each, including tax). By far my best day finding silver!

Well, I finally had a coin searching miracle happen. Going through my dealers bulk box again and found a tiny gold coin! The coin appears to be a 1911 1/5 Toman (2000 Dinar) Coin from Iran. It is actually in pretty decent shape (fully readable).

Not a bad day!

Went to a local auction today. Most of the coins went high but I got a 1963 proof set, two silver quarters, and a Columbian expo half for a little under melt. Also got some art and household goods at a decent price. Should have driven the pick-up, some of the furniture went cheap.

5x 1989 Maples in the original plastic.

The bullion dealer I use said the plastic wasn't good quality so I got them at lower than a normal premium. Whatever...it's just bullion. I'll cut 'em out and put 'em in a tube.
