At a huge antique/garage sale I got a 2015 ASE and Silver Maple leaf for $38. He had some others but thought they were too high. Did have some silver rounds for $17 which isn't bad at all but I just don't like plain designs I like the "coins" or legal tender. Oh well!

Saturday at a local annual coin show I bought a 1957 proof set in original packaging, 1941-D Walker MS-64, a 1988 Mexican Libertad to finish my world bullion holder. It was the only Libertad in the entire room, one dealer had just one. For $21.00 how could I not buy it. Other dealers had Libertads but did not bring any to the show.

I usually stay away from Craigslist when dealing with coins or bullion, but I happened to be looking around today and found a 2014 1/10 gold eagle. It was listed for $125.00 which I thought was a good price. I emailed the seller and asked if that was the very best price. They emailed me back and said if I could meet him today he would take $100 cash. We meet at a local restaurant and the deal was done. Everybody was happy. Here is a pic below.

Excellent purchase Connor!

I'm still a bit hesitant to stray away from trusted sellers since I'm not convinced I could spot a good fake.

FINALLY....I took the time to make a contribution on here with a few photos.....Even though I've bought a few silver maple leafs in the past I'm Fairly new at Stacking......All this stuff was accumulated in the last 3 months.....Disapointed that my scottsdale bar had a few scratches on it and I sometimes wonder if these big bullion dealers buy 2nd hand silver and sell it advertised"As New"....would'nt surprise me,but either way its still 10 ounces of shiny fun.....about 70 ounces of silver total, with a tiny bit of gold.....the maple gram is a joke....lol,but does have it's tiny place in the small hoard.got a 1\10 ounce 2011 maple gold and a 2015 1\4 ounce maple gold...both gold coins are mint, which made me happy....silver includes 2015\2014 maples, scottsdale bars 10oz and 100 gram,RCM 10oz bar, privateer round, american eagles, silver nugget, sunshine and JM mint bars ,etc.........eitherway I like this Hobby, but Don't want to get to out of control....a few ounces here and there fills the void......Love the info I get of this forum,Aswell the silver youtube community is awesome\inspiring! Take care,WJWhat-Did-You-Add-To-Your-Stash-Today?What-Did-You-Add-To-Your-Stash-Today?What-Did-You-Add-To-Your-Stash-Today?
