What is the average going price for the Kilo Panda?
I am trying to compare it to the Kilo Libertad....
It seemed like the Kilo Libertad has a smaller mintage (but also smaller collector base)

1kg Silver, 300 Yuan, mintage 20,000 <------2015 No libertad mintage yet but the past 2 years has seen 400 sell of each It is hard yo figure out how much a Panda goes for because I was trying to convert Canadian dollars to American dollars and factor in the spot price at the time of the sold listings on ebay.ca but I mean they older ones sell for a nice premuim. |

I watched a few rounds of 2015 kilo panda, and the lowest was around $1,055 and high around $1,181 from scottsdale mint, no idea about the Libertad, all other sellers are at least $200+ more, but since silver going down, perhaps will see high $900 soon for the 2015? Unless PM making sudden change! Physical metal is out selling paper metal, every time I check APMEX for the Mercury dime bag, it always almost never last, and premium for the bag is $6.49 per ounce now, getting higher every time I check. What the? Lasted only one afternoon, wonder how many there was before the sell out? Edited by macmercury

The 20,000 mintage is the maximum, but is usually lower. How much? Will have to wait.

Wow, kilo panda! Can't seem to find much about its sales. The same for the 5oz pandas. They are not even remotely as popular as the 1ozers which I really don't understand. Perhaps it is because their high premiums? They appear to go for $250 to $350, much more for the older ones.

Attended the Royal Canadian Numismatic Association Convention in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and was happy to pick up a few silver coins and rounds. Good deals. 1967 Commemorative set

26 silver Washington quarters in a book for $75. less than 5% over melt :-) I also get the following foreign coins for under melt: 1968 Mexico Olympics 25 pesos .52 oz, German 5 Mark 1966 .225 ,Swiss 5 franc 1932 .42 , Swiss 1 franc 1945 .13, Swiss 1/2 franc 1955 .067, Mexico 25 centavos 1953 .032, 2 1962 Mexican peso coins .102 total. 1.496 oz total + 30 assorted base metal coins for $15 Lastly, not PM, but 2 Indian cents + 18 VF + steel cents (11 43-S, 7 43-D) for $3 Edited by Misterpostman
