Man, I am not sure my miniscule two ounce Privateer is even worth mentioning, let alone showing.

I saw those at my LCS, 2 for $60. I will wait to try to find it for less. What did you snag that privateer for?

The Privateer at 2 for $60? That's dirt cheap.
Online dealers (cheapest) is at around $40/each.

Wait, you're right, wouldn't that be $15/ounce? Now I'm not sure what I saw because no way would they sell em for spot. Must have been 2 for $80, must have...

In other news, I picked up some 2x2s, square rolls, and the 11 Mercury dimes he had at the shop today. The dimes were like 14.5x face and one was gold plated. Not sure what to think about it yet. Anyone like such a thing?

Added a ten once bar to my stack today. Price wasn't too bad and I couldn't resist. Surely now with my luck we'll see $13 per oz silver shortly!

That sounds about right, around $40 for the Privateer.

Found a 1964 D Rosie that went straight to the junk silver pile. It's nice to find silver in change, isn't it?

Bought a portion of someone's collection for $115:
2.30 face of 90% (includes 2 Mercury dimes that are at least AU)
a slightly scruffy silver Maple
8 35% silver nickels
1909 VDB cent in EF
2500 wheat cents
a 4 gram sterling silver ring
1896 British penny
I think I can get .03 each for the wheaties, from a Craigslist buyer, so $75 there
I hope I can get $10 for the 1909 VDB at a coin show or ebay
The "work" involved is halfway fun, and I rate to make a little profit :-)

I got my first ever kilo 2015 silver panda from scottsdale mint on ebay. Cheaper then buying from other online dealers.

They got another up for bidding.
