So as we all know this Mongolia Togrog silver with the crystal eyes was bringing crazy money not long ago, via six months to a year back....

This particular piece was listing at crazy prices and selling on some auctions in the 2k to 3k range seems like....

Oh how the mighty have fallen in a short time. A fine example of short time market hysteria and how there are MANY buyers who are more then willing to pay cray per oz. premiums, but eventually the madness comes to and end as does all things in time eh and levels off.....

Be curious to hear some thoughts on the long run winners and losers to be....

I personally feel the Titanic privy maple 2nd version in the 2012 100th anniversary addition is a piece that will hold its value and continue to climb in time for example....

I think its actually a pretty cool design but would never consider it close to that price. Wish I had gotten some when they were first sold though

Great design; insane price. I think the Coin God put those little Swarovski brand glass chips in these coins so the chips could destroy any value the coin had by falling out and getting lost, and He could have a good laugh in the face of whoever bought the coin.

Yeah, it's terrible when one can only get $1288 for an oz. of silver and a couple of glass chips. LOL!

Anyone who pays more for an oz. of designer silver than an oz. of gold bullion WILL soon be separated from their excess cash.

Aside from the coin, the seller is from China w/ 2 Negative feed back w/in the last 12 months. One Neg was a counterfeit.
