A lot of coins from Bactria have turned up on the forum and I have been thinking about purchasing a (really) low end one, tell me what you think: Â£4.50 - $7.25 Coin details: 14mm diameter, found in Afganistan. Personally, I'm a little leery of Bactrian coins "found in Afghanistan" because of a large influx of coins sold to American soldiers--very commonly faked too. Report this Post to the Staff

Ancientnoob Pillar of the Community United States 5155 Posts	Posted 12/06/2012 7:21 pm I have been looking at your rough Bactria drachm and I think it might be Hermaios or one of the Nomadic peoples the ended his reign and continued his coinage in the first century AD.
