Hi.

The only info I can find on this is that it is similar to a 1 1/2 Ducat, it weighs approx 5g and is 24mm. All comments most welcome.

It's a "St George medal", worn by soldiers and sailors. You can see a break at the top of your piece where a loop for wearing on a chain has been broken off. See this old thread for a chain of earlier threads with them.
