When I first saw this coin I thought maybe it had been dipped or wiped. I think the original luster is still there. It does have some marks in the fields and head. I am going with MS60 unless someone thinks it is better.

There are definitely some significant marks in the design focal points on the obverse that would limit the coin's techincal grade.

As nickelsearcher has mentioned, the photos provided do not allow for accurate grading. I could see this coin falling out of the MS range and into the AU category, but reserve final thoughts until better images are available.
