Hello All.
Can anyone tell me about this coin? Hub Doubling, Double Die? The profile is the only part that appears doubled to my untrained eye. It has been cleaned, with a coulpe harsh scratches/scrapes.
Thanks!

that is Machine Doubling it is very common in the 40 and 50's old die's I think. Chuck would know more on that though. I have seen that double in about every year that I have looked at including some of the 005-006 cents and there is no premium on this type of double as it is too common
hope this helps
Gary
