My wife just told me about an article on Good Morning America or one of those shows about the key card company for hotel chains. Not sure of the name but I know it was used at the Holiday Inn that I just stayed at. They talked about how folks can use a sharpie or something of that nature and get into your room by using a hole underneath where you slide the card in and out. It will unlock the deadbolt as well. Pretty much turns it into a master key.

Moral of the story, USE THE SAFE in your room, especially if you plan on going out to eat. And never leave your merchandise in your vehicle. there's not a security system in the world that will stop someone from opening your car in 3 seconds. With the exception of having a German Sheppard or trunk monkey...

The device fits inside a Sharpie. Yahoo carried the story as well. Millions of Hotel rooms are affected.

I vote for the trunk monkey.
*** Edited by Staff - Foul language on that link. ***
