Question About Brinks - Coin Community Forum

monika Pillar of the Community United States 746 Posts	Posted 12/08/2012 10:56 am I just bought a box of Brinks pennies .Only opend 3 rolls so far and found only zink pennies .Not one single copper.Does anyone know if Brinks is holding back the copper pennies for a reason?No fun to only find zincoln's... Another thing to consider is that many, many people are roll searching and pulling all copper then turning in their culls. I'm one of those. Also, I'm finding less and less copper, in fact the last roll only had 7 copper coins. It's getting to be a waste of time to sort bank rolls. Report this Post to the Staff
monika Pillar of the Community United States 746 Posts	Posted 12/08/2012 11:37 am I usally get the 50$ bags of pennies before the bank sells them to Brinks.There I find all kinds of goodies.So I know Brinks receives plenty of copper coins.My bank doesen't always have the 50$ bags ,so I pick up a box of Brinks every once in a while.But I still go through them ...there are lots of zincoln errors out there too.Unless they search the coins themselfs...lol Report this Post to the Staff
