I just bought a box of Brinks pennies .Only opend 3 rolls so far and found only zink pennies .Not one single copper.Does anyone know if Brinks is holding back the copper pennies for a reason?No fun to only find zincoln's...

They sure have the capability to sort zinc Lincolns from copper. Another thing to consider is that many, many people are roll searching and pulling all copper then turning in their culls. I'm one of those. Also, I'm finding less and less copper, in fact the last roll only had 7 copper coins. It's getting to be a waste of time to sort bank rolls.

I usally get the 50$ bags of pennies before the bank sells them to Brinks.There I find all kinds of goodies.So I know Brinks receives plenty of copper coins.My bank doesen't always have the 50$ bags ,so I pick up a box of Brinks every once in a while.But I still go through them ...there are lots of zincoln errors out there too.Unless they search the coins themselfs...lol

I really need to get back to it. I have been helping my Daughter out cause she has been sick. I hope I can find a bank that has $50 bags up here in the mountains!!..lol

If you get them from Brinks, why don't you just ask them ?

Maineman....I get them from the bank....around here they only carry Brinks..

I've only done one brinks box,if I remember correctly it had 16% copper.This was a few months ago.
