First off I said in the title that it looks like brushed copper and what I meant is on both Obverse and Revers side of this coin it looks almost as if its missing a coat of somethin.. Obviously I have no clue what this is I'm just guessing any IDEAS? And I've tried time and time again but it will only let me post one picture every 24 hours for some reason and not sure why

PMD. What it isn't missing were the car tires that got to it first. Spend it anywhere but in a vending machine.

When we were kids we used to do something called pitching coins on concrete sidewalks. The idea was to stand behind one of those likes separating slabs and pitch to the second or third line. Closest wins all. Many coins ended up like that.
