IMHO; If you are part of a coin club, or just know some other people that might be interested in buying silver, ask them if they are willing to pay full spot. People who are buying usually have to pay over spot, and people who are selling usually have to settle for less after everything is accounted for. If that doesn't work out and you have a good relationship with a dealer I would go that route. You would of course get somewhat less than ebay, but it's a lot simpler with no fees. Outside of that, then I would do the ebay route. There are a lot of people on there watching for silver, and you can be sure it will go to full value.

And, of course, you can always offer it for sale here on this board (assuming you have enough posts, which I believe you do).

You would have no trouble selling those coins (40% being the toughest to sell).
The 64's are very common and even in AU they usually sell for melt (about $12 per coin).
The Morgans and Peace sell for a bit of a premium. Currently many dealers sell Peace in VF/EF for $30-32 and Morgans a couple bucks more (in my area). Dealers would probably offer you mid to upper 20's per silver Dollar(unless you have some special ones or BU grade ones).
(124) Not Allowed - Auto-Removed .com is a good site to see what the silver value of each coin is. I think it is more fun to buy this type of silver over Silver Eagles.

If you sell your dollar coins individually on ebay it run about $5.00 each for fees and mailing costs. You should take that into consideration before deciding on the method. I just bought 11 circulated morgans today for $26 each. They were common dates in the fine to extra fine category. The price for common morgans fluctuates from melt to about $4 over melt in this area. Today wasn't the norm by any means. Usually the premium is about $2 above melt. nlp

I'm guessing he has already been contacted by members. These types of coins don't seem to last long here.
