I have similar on other coins, just not for this year. They are raised, not flat. Would it be a double die or a repunch, or something else?

Beautiful, yes. Doubled die, I'd say no. Maybe some Machine Doubling. Let's wait for the more knowledgeable.

I see quite a few similar, they are called bar's? I have seen them under the letter, top of the letter, etc. That is what I am seeing on this one, only to the side.

This is not MD, may be a minor DDO, but doesn't look quite right... you may want to try LCR.

I think you have three different items on your coin.
The date is a small chip.
The "Y" is a small die gouge or scratch.
The "T" took a hit cutting off a small piece of the letter.
