I am experiencing something that I have never had to deal with before. I sold a sealed box of 2 of the 2011 25th anniversary silver eagle sets. I sent the package priority mail insured with signature confirmation. It was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of this month. On the tracking number that is on one label it just shows that it made it to a sort facility in the buyers area then nothing else. Then the number on the insurance slip that starts with vh and ends with us that apparently is an internal tracking number the post office can use shows it was delivered on the 5th and signed for. The buyer is saying they never received it. The tracking number he and I use shows no delivery the internal tracking shows delivered. If he opens a case through paypal will he win? Or can I send them the paper work the post office gave me that shows it was delivered?

If he opens a case, you can show PayPal the paperwork showing that the item was delivered, and signed for.

Great news! Buyer says he did in fact receive the package but because of the large volume of orders he gets it was overlooked.

i think it's, in a way, pathetic how a buyer can do that. I don't mean to sound mean but a few weeks ago I was at my LCS and a customer came in yelling because the dealer never gave him his 1925 5c in EF. 3 hours later came back and apologized because it was in his pocket. my Dealer was about to give him his money back. people (especially who have a large number of orders) should keep track and organized so sellers like joking joker don't lose)
