Maybe the US Mint will be kind to us and include the "S" mint mark ATB business strikes in the 2012 uncirc sets. Maybe that is wishful thinking.

Buy them from me! Seriously, if you want single coins, your best bet is gonna be ebay or here.

The 2012 Uncirculated and Circulation sets are already out. Neither include the S-minted ATB business strikes. There is hope for 2013, if they do mint them.

Quote: Cheapest, luck out and find some in circulation. I have spent one S Hawaii Volcanos Quarter. I checked all the coins in my open roll and spent the one with the most bag marks. Even that coin (the worst of the bunch) had no more bag marks than a typical P/D business strike, though... I put another of my Hawaii-S circulation-finish Quarters in this:

I just checked the US Mint website and they have sold out on the 2012-S bags and rolls for El Yunque, PR ATB Quarter. I also rechecked US Mint webpage about the El Yunque "S" quarter and it still says "The United States Mint will accept and fulfill orders beginning June 21st, 2012, at noon (ET). The El Yunque National Forest quarter bags and rolls will be available for one year after this date." Does anyone think the US Mint will mint more or will they once again go back on their word. For those of us that waited for them all to be released, we now have to get them on the secondary market at higher prices.

I have been sitting on the fence with these S mint circulation strikes. I bought 1 each of the first 2 singles at a show. I have been debating whether or not to buy a roll of each from the mint (if they are still available). I could probably sell them at the coin club but I don't know if I would want to once I had them. Decisions, decisions...

I was out on the mint's website and from all indications they are going to continue the SF circulated coins. Unless I'm mistaken you can subscribe to them on line.
Since I bought a single roll of each site this year, I may just as well continue the practice next year.
What I did do was to cut back from 2 sets to 1 set the number of P&D rolls that I have been buying since the onset of this series. I don't think that I am making a mistake by doing this.
