Please allow me to interpret the OP topic as follows ...
Which circulated silver commemorative between 1934 and 1946 is the most common to find today?
This covers the time period during which the well-documented 'commemorative craze' was ongoing ... and most of the coins were indeed saved by collectors of the day.
My vote for most easily available today goes to the 1926 and 1926-S Oregon Trail Half Dollar ... still being produced through 1939.
Limiting the time period to my interpretation the OP topic ...
The most common classic commemorative of that time period is the 1934 Texas half dollar ... of which 19 have been certified by PCGS below AU ... and I come across raw circulated examples at most shows.
And such is the great collecting challenge of pursuing this tremendous set of historic USA coins in circulated condition ...

A pilgrim half I had once was lightly circulated, but otherwise I think they were collected.
