1945V Valued Member Canada 386 Posts	Posted 12/13/2012 06:32 am What I don't like about the process listed on their website is that it breaks the chain of provenance. >>> - Remove the coins from the Mint packaging and submit them raw in the capsules. - A copy of the purchase receipt from the Royal Canadian Mint must accompany the submission in order for NGC to verify the pedigree. <<< They basically tell you to remove the coins from the package that links them to the Bank of Canada hoard and then use only the receipt as proof of provenance. Obviously , they must have had a major dealer submit tons already to offer this service . I can see the home shopping network peddling these now for three times what they are worth . john100 Pillar of the Community Canada 5324 Posts	Posted 12/13/2012 10:20 am if people on ebay are already foolish enough to pay 1000.00 for hand select coins why bother, the only coins worth grading are the 20 sets that have been cherrypicked by one or two select dealers.
