Just an hour ago someone contacted me about his coins...80 pieces of large Mexico silver coins...the coins bears 1859 - 1881...the reverse side is an eagle in its peak is a snake...i tested the coins based on the scarce knowledge I've got and its a real silver....got no money to buy all the 80 pcs. Thus I told him to hold it first and I will find a buyer...
I checked it all and most of the coins are circulated but all the dates and letterings are eye visible...
Is their a buyer of such coins? If they would buy it all anyone knew how much is each coins value?

Thanks!

There is no way to actually value the coins without good clear pics of both sides of each coin ,, each coin has its own value based on its own condition and date.

If the person just wants to sell the coins for silver value then offer to pay slightly less than spot silver price based on the ASW of the lot of coins.

boyet pepoa - Judging by the information you've given those coins could be worth anywhere from $7.50-$7500 or they could be worthless fakes. How did you test the coins to prove they were solid silver? What denomination are they? What mint marks do they bear? Do you have any pictures that you could post? Fortunately for you we have an expert on counterfeit coins that frequents this forum.

Many of these coins were counterfeited. Just because they are silver does not mean that they are genuine. Many of the counterfeits contained silver also. Without pics, we unfortunately are not going to be able to help you.
