Its about 28 min long but only need to watch first 15min. Talks about the prob, new limits, high frequency trading and new regulations. Some old news and some new. I thought it was worth the listen. Furthermore, there are more pressing and important things that CFTC should be doing, such as going after Jon Corzine the corrupt head of MF Global. That's where the CFTC needs to be.
