Got this in some change today and was wondering if this is a DDR or just some worthless doubling? All the areas in question are marked with a red arrow. There not the best pics just did a few quick ones.

Looks like Machine Doubling to me. Notice especially on the C and U, how it takes away from the raised portion of the letter. This is a giveaway for Machine Doubling. A true doubled die adds to the raised portion, often as extra thickness, or in more extreme cases, complete extra portions of letters. Hope this helps, and good pictures!

i kinda figured that lol I see what you mean now I know what to look for. Not too bad for a 29 dollar usb camera
