My dealer has a couple, and I'd love to start the collection, but that seems high. Thoughts?

This is the lowest BIN that I could find on ebay for the last half a year:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/LUNAR-II-Ye...em337e5725e9

That is $78.90 + $6.90 shipping - will be actually the same $85.
I bought mine more or less for the same price - near $80 with shipping.

And I believe, that you speak about coin without Privy Mark (Lion Privy you can find for $50 - $60).
"Clean" Year of the Dragon coin IMO looks better, than with Privy mark.

Yes, this the same coin.
I forgot the APMEX, since never bought from them - they required minimal purchase of $2500 (or 200 ?) to Canada - actually this isn't the problem, but the CC should have the US Billing Address.

So their price is good, but what with the shipping charges?

Most u.s distributors charge an arm and leg for shipping. But if you have someone in U.S, then it is a pretty good deal. I don't like them because they don't take CC if you live in Canada.
