I bought mine more or less for the same price - near $80 with shipping. And I believe, that you speak about coin without Privy Mark (Lion Privy you can find for $50 - $60). I forgot the APMEX, since never bought from them - they required minimal purchase of $2500 (or 200 ?) to Canada - actually this isn't the problem, but the CC should have the US Billing Address.
