These were described as VG-VF Barber dimes on the listing on ebay and noticed the seller had three auctions with the same picture. What do you think are these "unsearched VG-VF Barber quarters? I know a couple are AG or below.

I noticed the seller used the same picture for every auction after winning. I did email the seller and told him as long as they were what was described there won't be an issue but these are not what was advertised, VG-VF unsearched dimes. When I emailed the seller, he told me "you got these cheap ($30), there are coins in there worth $5-$10. Refuse them' I can sell them for much more".

If he's using a stock photo then you have no idea what he will send you. They might be worse than the photo (which shows Good, About Good, and VG coins, one damaged). If you have a return privilege and are willing to absorb the return shipping cost you can pay, wait for delivery and take your chances.
Generally it's not a winning strategy to buy collector coins based on generic photos. It gives the seller a golden opportunity to dump low-grade culls.

I am returning these dimes, I just wanted to verify that it wasn't just my opinion that these dimes are primarily G, a couple AGs, and one VG like I was seeing. I don't want to base it merely on my opinions alone.

I didn't realize it was a stock photo until I saw his other auctions where he used the same picture, all faced down. I knew when he said "you got these cheap", these were going to be a dud on arrival but they were already being shipped.

Oh, that is my picture above. The stock photo he used showed most face down. If he provided that picture above and said they were VG-VF, I would ignore that grade as would everyone else.
