I was once handed one of these back in the late 70's in a bar..The guy thought it was a $ 2.00 It was dark the bill was folded and he just went by the color...Paid to be honest . got a free beer hahahha

A $1000 bill in a bar, the guys lucky he still has it or had it then.
It would be nice to have one of them but it's out of my range.

In 2000 I was selling surface aerators for lakes,fresh water dugouts and small ponds, I sold a couple to a guy in Washington State he paid my in cash with 7 crisp 1,000.00 dollar Canadian notes. I asked if he had saved them he said no he went to the bank in Linden Washington and got them there, but unfortunately I wasn't in the financial position to keep them they sure were nice though

This one came courtesy of a friend who is a Customer service manager at my bank. There were 5 Bird series as well, but I couldn't afford another.
