Hope I'm not bothering anyone yet. Another coin from my friends inheritance.

Unusual wear on this one ...

1829-Half-Cent

I grade the obverse at G06 and Reverse at VG10 ... call it net VG08.

In hand lovely chocolate brown with IMHO original surfaces.

I believe retail price is $30 and 'sell to dealer' price is $20.

Thoughts?

Maybe it's me but I think your grading is a bit low on this one. Looking forward to other opinions.

G6 net due to corrosion and vertigris(green slime)
clean it up and its a $50 coin!
